Questionnaire related to the Organization of International Endurance Events

This questionnaire aims to identify and analyze the perceptions, experiences, and opinions of individuals involved in international endurance equestrian sport, in order to better understand the challenges, improvement opportunities, and processes associated with the organization of international competitions.

The study is based on the application of integrated management processes, which include both the sporting aspects and complementary areas — marketing, communication with the community, and stakeholder coordination — essential for effective and sustainable organization.

All responses will be treated strictly anonymously, and no names will be published or used in the results.

This study is part of a doctoral thesis conducted at the University of Lille (France), entitled “Optimization of the Organization of International Endurance Equestrian Competitions through the Application of Quality Management.”

The research applies quality management principles through the implementation of integrated processes, encompassing not only the sporting dimension but also complementary areas such as marketing, community engagement, and coordination among the various stakeholders involved.

1. Purpose of the Study

This research is part of a doctoral thesis at the University of Lille (France), entitled “Optimization of the Organization of International Endurance Equestrian Competitions through the Application of Quality Management.”
The study aims to identify the perceptions, experiences, and opinions of the various stakeholders involved in international endurance equestrian competitions, within a comprehensive framework that considers not only the sporting dimension but also marketing, community relations, and coordination among different stakeholders.

2. Nature of the Data Collected

No personal data (such as name, address, or contact information) will be requested. The questionnaire collects only opinions and experiences related to the role performed (rider, trainer, official, organizer, etc.).
Participants are strongly advised not to provide any information that could be used to identify themselves.

3. Conditions of Participation

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. You are free to accept or decline to take part without any obligation to justify your decision.
The estimated time required to complete the questionnaire is between 5 and 10 minutes (up to 15 minutes if several roles are selected).
By submitting your responses, you provide your informed consent to participate in this study.

4. Data Storage and Use

The data collected will be used exclusively for scientific research purposes within the framework of the above-mentioned thesis.
All responses will be stored securely and anonymously, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
No information will be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.
