ADVIFLAG - Patient survey

Welcome and thank you for taking a moment to participate in the ADVIFLAG study.

The ADVIFLAG study is part of the FAIR project, a European project looking at a new treatment for respiratory diseases. The ADVIFLAG study aims at understanding people's attitudes towards this new treatment and the factors that influence them, and the potential adaptations needed to meet users' needs and facilitate the acceptability of this innovative treatment.

We want to understand people's attitudes towards this new treatment and what influences these attitudes. We want to learn what changes we need to make to meet users’ needs and make this treatment more acceptable to them. Your answers are valuable because real-life opinions are important to help us do this to the best of our ability. 

The new treatment will help people suffering from a respiratory infection that does not respond well or at all to antibiotics.

You need to have had a lung infection before like bronchitis or pneumonia OR to have a long-term lung condition. We indeed want to learn about how different people feel about the treatment.

In this study, you will be asked questions about:

  1. socio-demographic information, such as your age, gender and country of residence,
  2. your health, such as the duration of your respiratory illness(es), the presence of other illnesses,
  3. how acceptable you feel the innovative treatment is: you will be asked to imagine that you are unwell and in a situation where you would receive this treatment..

This survey takes between 15 and 20 minutes to complete. You can temporarily stop filling it in and continue later by clicking on "Resume later" at the top right of the screen. If you wish to withdraw from this study, you can click on "Exit and clear survey" at the top right of the screen at any time.
